Mills Smokehouse BBQ is a licensed catering business that is based in St. Thomas, U.S Virgin Islands. We are a unique BBQ brand simply because we do not just sell assorted barbecued food, but we will be injecting Caribbean flavors into our sauces and ingredients.
Mills Smokehouse BBQ was founded by Jahmed Mills, an individual who has been managing Hotels for years. Mills has a B.A in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has robust experience in the food and drinks line of business, having worked both in the Hospitality Industry as a General Manager and also in the private sector prior to starting Mills Smokehouse BBQ.
Because of our business goal of becoming one of the leading BBQ companies in the US Virgin Islands, we are willing to go the extra mile to invest in some of the finest professionals we can find.
Mills Smokehouse BBQ is set to redefine how the BBQ food business should be run, not just in the Virgin Islands but also in other Caribbean Islands. This is why we have put plans in place for continuous training of all our staff.
